一、任務進展相關說明:
任務一
思覺失調的人際問題解決技巧
目前進度:
1.      設計完成施測流程,待討論
2.      專家名單已完成部分,仍需繼續尋找
3.      已設計初版的專家問卷,經與學姊討論後,目前須大量修改
預計進度:
1.      於下周一(2/25)號進行,施測流程的討論

二、任務心得與困難
(一).思覺失調症人際問題解決技巧心得與困難:
怡靜學姊對於我製作表單的回饋:
表單做起來感覺很怪的原因是因為我根本不確定我要問的對象是誰,以及我要問的問題是什麼。

首先你想要問的問題是什麼?到底是施測流程與指導語呢?還是情境與個案的日常生活符合程度?
(1).如果是施測流程:你找的專家名單,就需要是學者而不是臨床專家為主,因為我們會從臨床專家身上獲得的東西應該是經驗,而像問卷結構等等的問題,臨床專家可能幫不太上忙。但從學者身上得到的資訊會較多,故使用問卷的方式詢問,則會減少學者們可以給予的資訊量!所以如果要找學者的話,可能尋找幾位學長約個時間做口頭討論會是較合適的方案!
(2).如果是想要確定情境與個案情況符不符合:那就是要找臨床專家,畢竟臨床專家才是會最實際接觸到個案的人,他們也比較能夠有經驗回答情境的適切性相關的問題。
(3).而如果是想要問題目對於個案來說懂不懂,那就應該要問個案,而不是找專家。
(4.)且依我原本的設計方式,不同情境,都是問同一個問題,若此問題是設計錯的,那整份問卷就沒有意義了!
所以應該還是要回歸到,有沒有想過為什麼要做這件事,才去想這件事情應該如何做!

我目前的想法是:
對於我們來說,我認為情境是否符合個案的日常生活情境可能是比較需要專家確認的部分。施測流程應該與學姊以及老師討論過後就可以先確定下來,所以專家應該要找臨床專家為主。
而對於臨床專家,我就不應該問說:
「界定問題:請問您認為這個情境中有人際問題存在嗎?」
「產生策略:請問您認為這個情境的人際問題可以用兩種以上的方式處理嗎?」
「預想後果:請問您認為這個情境的人際問題在不同的解決策略下可以產生出不同的結果嗎?且結果是可以比較優劣的」
而是應該問說:
「情境中人際問題的明確程度?」
「情境是不是符合個案的日常生活?」

心得(學姊回饋):
我在執行任務的時候,很像任務一來就趕快想把任務做完,然後再執行下一項,有點不知道為什麼要這麼做,人家告訴你往右轉,你就往右轉,結果到最後自己也不知道自己在哪裡!這個特質對於研究是不好的,應該要知道自己目前做的事情的來龍去脈。而雖然思覺失調的計畫與工作社交計畫雷同,但也不完全一樣,並非只是照一個範本複製作法一次,所以每件事應該都要想想自己為什麼要做這件事,然後不要心急,要討論確定目標後,再確認自己應該如何走。

(二)英文學習的部分:
上週經老師回饋,這週將文獻閱讀的行程放入了自己的每週計畫中,雖然只有每週一次的時間規劃,在閱讀文獻的時候面對到的困難是花大量的時間但進度卻很緩慢,像本週一那一篇Mood and the Formation of Attitudes,雖然它的introduction比較長,但是我花了3.5個小時才讀完,而且還沒有辦法組織它的introduction的概念,很多時間都花在字句的理解上。
像現在,我嘗試不看原文,記錄下的內容為以下:
在這方面的研究剛開始的時候,大家就知道情緒與態度之間是有關連的,然後有些研究乾脆就將情緒定義為態度的一部份,但實際上情緒是如何影響態度是不清楚的,然後做了一些研究,發現信念與情緒有很大的關連,而信念又受到自我覺察的影響,而自我覺察受到了認知的影響。
十分的粗略,之間是如何影響的全都說不出來。其實還滿沮喪的,覺得自己能力真的很差,然後老師的討論又要到了,覺得很緊張。因為根本就不太了解字句背後想要表達的概念,又覺得拿看不懂的字句找老師解釋很不應該,應該是要自己要做的事情。
現在有幾個想法針對英文文獻的閱讀:
1.      嘗試找Model paper,如果都要花這麼多時間的話,不然找CP值高一點的文章
2.      先將文獻閱讀的時間壓低,多讀一點日常生活的文章,增進自己的英文能力。

(三) 本週向士捷學長釐清了效度的概念
 效度:評估工具能不能測到想測的特質。
常見的效度可以分成內容效度、效標關連效度、建構效度、區辨效度。
而內容效度又可以分為表面效度與專家效度
表面效度的概念包含兩個面向:
1.      評估工具想測的特質是否符合它表面上想要測的內容。
2.      受試者的理解是否與評估者想要測的特質有落差
專家效度:
1.      由專家討論決定,評估工具所測的的特質是不是符合它設計時使用的理論架構

效標關連效度可以分為同時效度與預測效度
同時效度
1.      該評估工具所測的特質與有黃金效標的評估工具所測的相同特質的關連程度
預測效度
1.      評估工具所測量的特質能預測未來某種特質的能力(用已知推測未知)

建構效度可分為收斂效度與發散效度
收斂效度:評估工具想評估的特質跟其相關概念(但不同)效標的關連程度
發散效度:評估工具響評估特質與不相關特質的關連程度


區辨效度:評估工具能夠能區分兩組已知能力不同的族群。

二階認知施測須注意處

1.先測MoCA再寫同意書(因為同意書內有日期)

2.葉子記憶測驗共ABC三種,自己任意分配即可,只需最後人數為平均的
另,為了加速測驗,一個個案在四次評估內,可能需要測到兩次。

另葉子記憶的AEF片葉子,是第二次延遲記憶中個案未曾看過的葉子,故個案必須回答"否"才正確

立即記憶測完後,需要再給個案看一次需記憶葉子,並說"再記一次,我晚點會再問一次"

3.詞語配對測驗CH為共同題

4.工作記憶(數-字序列)先測新版,如個案能力佳,可再測舊版。
另增加個案先需複述一次題目,再行答題

5.工作記憶(空間廣度)由先測順序題再測反序題,更改為順逆交錯測驗
另,須注意個案有無偏盲問題

6.四項電腦測驗使用前須先刪除cookie

7.ToL的測驗練習前五題,需分級以確認個案是否了解如何操作,再說明題目要求。

20190212確認任務

主要任務一:思覺失調的人際問題解決技巧

    目前進度:目前已重新挑好100題題目,正在增加劇本豐富度,以及統計每一幕會用到的人數以及道具為何?目前已完成30題

    預計進度:周四(2019/2/14)前會整理完文本。


主要任務二:二階認知收案

  二-1:練習二階認知評估工具:
    目前進度:已向譽騫確認過後來變更題目,預計周五(2/15 10a.m.)向譽騫練習。
    預計進度:下周(2/18~2/22)會與譽騫去榮總實際施測,但目前時間未定

  二-2:收案執行:

    目前我已可以到 台大精神 與 苗栗為恭(精神) 收思覺失調症的二階認知
而台大生理與八里的IRB變更案還在新增我的名子,還不能前往

    預計進度:下周(2/18~2/22)士捷學長回辦公室後,向其詢問台大精神部的聯絡管道,以及收案的注意事項等。
    為恭目前先不用去。

主要任務三:台大休閒滿意度量表
     目前進度:已找到之前交接檔案,待整理
     預計進度:2/15與老師報告之前的任務進展

討論:
    想要找有關"態度"分類的方法,嘗試過用attitude+Taxonomy在pubmed中搜尋,但找不到想要的東西,感覺跟情緒有點重疊。
    老師回饋:態度一詞過於模糊,要找看看有沒有專有名詞,有專有名詞才會有統一的定義,先嘗試鎖定要找的資訊是什麼,因為我找的關鍵字一開始就不夠精準,所以自然找不到想要的資料
